These one-day and multi-day conferences cover various topics related to the interests of the host city and the strengths of the presenters scheduled for that particular venue. The agenda creates opportunities for Americans and Chinese to learn from each other, develop friendships, improve communication and explore partnership possibilities. The goal of the seminars is to better equip leaders with strategies and tools to help them be more successful in business while being a positive influence on their communities and the world.

The first Strategic Impact Business Seminar took place in Shanghai in April 2006. Since that time other conferences have been held in Shanghai and Chengdu as well as in Asheville, North Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; Orlando, Florida and Longboat Key, Florida.
